Complaints

General complaints: If you have complaints about the District Attorney's Office or any of its employees, please report them directly to District Attorney Aubrey Olson by email or phone .

Attorney complaints: If you believe any attorney in the District Attorney's Office  has violated any of the Oregon State Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct, please contact the Oregon State Bar Client Assistance Office.

Victims Rights Violations: If you are a victim of a crime and believe your rights as a crime victim have been violated, please notify District Attorney Aubrey Olson by email or you can contact the Oregon Crime Victims Law Center for assistance. You may also submit your claim to the Oregon Judicial Branch.

Please note, if you have a complaint against any law enforcement officer, you will need to contact the employing agency for that officer and/or the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training at https://www.oregon.gov/dpsst/cj/pages/complaints.aspx. The DA’s Office does not investigate complaints against law enforcement.
