Message from District Attorney Aubrey M. Olson

Upon taking office as the Tillamook County District Attorney, I took an oath under which I swore that

“I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Oregon, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of a District Attorney."

I am driven by this oath every day. I fight hard to uphold and defend citizens’ constitutional rights and to seek justice by objectively following the law. I appreciate feedback and want to help people understand the inner workings of the criminal justice system.
