The Property Owner is Sahhali South LLC. The Applicant is Kristen Taylor of TBG Community Planning Group LLC.

At the initial hearing on January 8, 2026 the Planning Commission voted and approved to continue this hearing to February 12, 2026 at 7:00pm. Written public testimony remains open as follows: 

  • January 8, 2026 - January 15, 2026 @ 4:00pm: New written testimony may be provided on the record by any party.
  • January 15, 2026 @ 4:00pm - January 22, 2026 @ 4:00pm: Written rebuttal testimony (no new evidence) may be provided on the record by any party.
  • January 22, 2026 @ 4:00pm - January 29, 2026 @4:00pm: Written rebuttal testimony (no new evidence) may be provided by the Applicant only. 

Public testimony will close on January 29, 2026 at 4:00pm. The Applicant will have opportunity to provide final oral statements at the February 12, 2026 hearing.
