Tillamook County Financial Assessment Report

The purpose of this report is to provide a thorough evaluation of Tillamook County’s fiscal position. This
report does not make policy recommendations, but instead is intended to provide accurate financial
analysis that can be used to inform future County decisions.

In particular, the report includes a long-term analysis of historical trends, and a long-term forecast of
future revenues. The long-term nature of the analysis can provide a different perspective on the financial
challenges facing the County, when compared to typical budget analysis that focuses on a snapshot in
time.
